excellent access to parks and delightful dining options nearby
During my stay, I enjoyed the serene grounds and was captivated by the beautiful 19th-century decor, which made me feel like I was transported back in time, and I appreciated the close proximity to City Park, where I had a lovely morning walk surrounded by nature. The local café for breakfast was just a few steps away and provided a tasty start to my day.

More fun than I expected!
This beautifully restored Victorian mansion completely exceeded my expectations! Joe's warm welcome and the charming rooms with unique furnishings made our stay special. We enjoyed conversations without distractions, fabulous local breakfasts, and the sunroom was a delightful surprise! It was a refreshing change from typical hotels.

recent restoration, well furnished interiors, beautiful historic neighborhood
A few lamps didn’t work and the air conditioning unit made quite a bit of noise!!! More accessible power outlets would really improve the experience for guests with electronics!!!

Beautiful marble and granite bathroom features.
The shower lacked a shelf for toiletries, which was frustrating during my stay. We also had to use coffee cups from the sitting area instead of having proper glasses in the bathroom. Hanging space for our suits was missing, making it inconvenient for our trip.

Some parts shine, others fall flat.
The historical charm of the mansion captivated us! Bobby's warm welcome and rich storytelling about Governor James Orman enhanced our stay, showcasing the magnificent restoration efforts throughout the beautifully furnished interior.
Breakfast was disappointing—we received a gift certificate, but the restaurant was closed, leaving us without a meal despite the promise of dining included with our stay.

Oh man, you’ve got to experience Pueblo through the culinary lens! The hospitality at Orman Mansion was top-notch, and the bed? Pure bliss. We loved being close to B Street Cafe, where the owners are just as warm as their amazing dishes! The whole vibe of the mansion is romantic and gives you a taste of history, making it the perfect spot for both rest and adventure.
Also, the bathroom was fab with its double sink, but they could've used a shelf for our shower stuff. A couple of hangers for our suits would've been a sweet touch too!

Amazing property with a warm atmosphere. Loved the colorful décor and spacious rooms. Our hosts, Joe and his brothers, made us feel instantly welcome. They shared stories about their family and the community. The living history aspect is incredibly engaging. Enjoyed the Deluxe Family Suite—plenty of space for relaxation. Special touches like snacks and drinks in the room were appreciated. The only downside was the AC struggled during a heat wave, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Just something to consider if you’re sensitive to heat. Otherwise, a fantastic stay and would highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed the spacious third-floor suite, complete with snacks and a warm welcome from our host. The mansion's charm made our stay unforgettable!
My kids wished there were more cooling options in the common areas. It would be great to have some fans available for family gatherings.
